Coaching Services

All coaching fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unless otherwise required by law, coaching fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.

Digital Products

All purchases of digital products, downloadable materials, templates, recordings, and online courses are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

Events and Workshops

Refund policies for events, workshops, webinars, and programs will be communicated separately at the time of registration.

Coaching Packages

Coaching packages expire twelve (12) months from purchase.
Unused sessions may be forfeited after expiration.

Missed Sessions

Sessions cancelled with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice may be forfeited.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in loss of that session without refund.

10. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

Violate applicable laws or regulations.
Impersonate another person or entity.
Use false identities.
Upload malicious software or code.
Interfere with system operations.
Attempt unauthorized access.
Harvest personal information from other users.
Use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems.

By participating in podcasts, webinars, interviews, events, livestreams, or video recordings, you grant Paul Quinn Official the perpetual, worldwide right to record, edit, publish, broadcast, distribute, promote, and monetize your appearance, likeness, voice, image, name, and contributions in any media now known or later developed.

15. TESTIMONIALS AND SUCCESS STORIES

You grant permission for any testimonial, review, recommendation, success story, case study, or endorsement voluntarily provided by you to be used by Paul Quinn Official for marketing, educational, promotional, and business purposes.

16. CONFIDENTIALITY

We respect confidentiality.

Information disclosed during coaching engagements will generally remain confidential except where:

Required by law
Necessary to prevent harm
Necessary to protect legal rights
Authorized by you

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The provisions relating to Intellectual Property, User-Generated Content, Podcast & Media Release, Confidentiality, Indemnification, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution shall survive termination.
