Roger Olofsson is the CEO & Co-Founder of Olofsson.ai, a Singapore-based executive search and management consulting firm at the intersection of technology, talent and artificial intelligence. Originally from Sweden, Roger came to Singapore in 1996 as a software engineering exchange student at Nanyang Technological University and went on to build a career spanning nearly three decades in technology recruitment and executive search across Asia. After developing his expertise at Robert Walters, he co-founded his own firm in 2018, driven by a passion for connecting exceptional talent with opportunities that accelerate innovation and business transformation.
