Priscilla has worked in the performing arts for the last 20 years. She began her career as a magician and illusionist, performing in some of the most prestigious theatre venues in the world. Priscilla is the first in Asia to receive the Elite Diamond Merlin Award as Female Magician of the Year in 2010.

A firm believer in mentoring youth, Priscilla was also the principal trainer for Project SMILE (Sharing Magic In Love Everywhere), a community arts programme that trained youths to perform magic and bring joy to underserved and underprivileged communities. Project SMILE has worked with hundreds of youths and adults in Singapore, China, Japan and Malaysia.

Since 2017, Priscilla has helmed Gateway Theatre, and was appointed its Executive Director in 2025. Under her leadership, Gateway Theatre is growing in repute as an arts centre for children, youth and family, and as an inclusive venue and supporter of accessibility in the arts. It is a fervent supporter of local artists and arts groups, providing a venue for their work and a platform for their creativity. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Gateway Theatre launched its Di.GT.al Initiative to help events and performances go online, and has reduced rental rates for artists and arts groups under its Arts Solidarity Plan.

Priscilla also leads Gateway Arts as its Executive Director. Since taking over the reins in 2018, she has transformed the fledging non-profit organisation into a community-minded arts company that creates arts programmes for children, youth and families. Priscilla’s love for the arts and for people meet in perfect synergy in Gateway Arts, which seeks to spread a love for the arts and use it to champion social causes, empower individuals, and transform the community.
