Mustafa is the Global Head of Talent, Learning and Resourcing for Standard Chartered Bank, and also the Global Head of HR for Consumer, Private and Business Banking (WRB).

He joined Standard Chartered in March 2016, prior to which he was at Barclays for close to 10 years and held senior HR roles in London, Mumbai, and Singapore, where he has been based since 2010.

Mustafa began his career in London on the JPMorgan Analyst programme, where he spent five years in a variety of roles across businesses, before moving to IBM as a Strategy Consultant within the Organisational Change practice. Mustafa studied Economics and Statistics at University College London and is married with three young daughters.
