Mark Nacey is an experienced operations and production leader with more than two decades of experience across welding, fabrication, construction and manufacturing. He began his career as a boilermaker and special class welder before progressing into supervisory, production and operations management roles, including senior positions with Ahrens and Laing O’Rourke. Along the way, Mark has developed a reputation for practical leadership, craftsmanship and a willingness to take on challenges and figure things out along the way.

Beyond his professional career, Mark is a volunteer Lieutenant with the Country Fire Service and the founder of Dropz, a chauffeur business in South Australia’s Barossa Valley. His entrepreneurial journey reflects the same hands-on approach that has defined his career: backing himself, taking calculated risks and being willing to start from scratch.
