Over the past five years, Isaac has worked with numerous banks throughout Asia which want to review their Talent Management functions including assessing compensation and benefits and developing aggressive hiring strategies in all kinds of business environments. Isaac consults with clients in the region to manage their crucial recruitment needs and processes through the strategic identification of suitable key talent.

Aside from gaming and spending time with his family, Isaac enjoys hitting the gym and track. A whiskey enthusiast, when time permits Isaac enjoys going to the theatre and watching musical productions.
