Fabiana Fedeli is the Chief Investment Officer for Equities, Multi-Asset, and Sustainability at M&G Investments, where she oversees a £57 billion portfolio. She joined M&G in 2021, bringing more than 20 years of experience in investment management. Prior to M&G, Fabiana served as the Global Head of Fundamental Equities at Robeco Asset Management, where she led international teams and integrated sustainability into investment processes.

Fabiana's career began in investment banking in Japan, and she has held senior roles in hedge funds and asset management across major financial hubs including London, New York, and Tokyo. She has worked at prestigious firms such as Pioneer Investments, Occam Asset Management, Indus Capital, Lehman Brothers, and ING Barings.

Recognized for her leadership, Fabiana was named one of the 100 Most Influential Women in Finance in 2022. She is also an active member of the Investment Association's Investment Committee and continues to have a significant impact on the investment management industry.
